Terms of Service

1. General

Bazar Blot is an online Blot game available on the website and mobile app. These terms, the privacy policy, game and tournament rules, and refund policy apply to its use. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

2. Jurisdiction

The service is operated from the Republic of Armenia. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Armenia unless mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.

3. User account

• The user is responsible for access to the account.
• Selling, transferring or renting an account to another person is prohibited.
• Creating accounts to bypass a block or gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.
• Administration may restrict account access if rules are violated.

4. Virtual chips and VIP

Chips, VIP and tournament rewards are virtual Bazar Blot game items. They are not money, a payment method or a promise of income. Cash withdrawal, sale back to the operator and exchange for money, physical prizes, goods or services outside the game are not offered; resale and transfer for real-world value are prohibited. Purchased chips do not expire. VIP lasts for the term shown at purchase; another purchase adds days to the remaining term.

5. Game and tournament rules

• The user must follow game and tournament rules.
• Each tournament's description and rules show rewards, timing, entry conditions and scoring. Equal scores are ranked by earlier joining time. Rewards are usable only in the game and cannot be exchanged for real-world value. Bazar Blot runs the tournaments; Apple does not sponsor or participate in them.
• If a user leaves an unfinished game, the system may count it in statistics.
• In case of technical failures, administration may restore game state or make a decision based on server logs.

6. Prohibited actions

• Using scripts, automation, vulnerabilities or modified clients.
• Multi-accounting, player collusion, account transfer and stat manipulation.
• Attempts to interfere with the server, payments, rating or tournaments.
• Insults, threats, spam and behavior that disrupts other users.

7. Payment terms

Android app chips and VIP use Google Play Billing; iOS app purchases use App Store in-app purchases. These are digital goods, not Google Pay or Apple Pay transactions. The store confirmation sheet shows the final price and currency before approval; prices may vary by region and store. Package contents, bonuses and VIP duration are shown before payment. VIP is a fixed-term purchase without automatic renewal. Entitlements are granted after server verification of a confirmed purchase; pending or canceled purchases are not treated as paid. Store refund rules and mandatory consumer rights take priority over service restrictions.

8. Payment errors

If payment was charged but the item was not credited, contact support at bazarblotarm@gmail.com. Payment ID, date, amount and payment method may be required for verification.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. We aim to keep the site stable but do not guarantee absence of technical failures, connection delays, user device errors or payment provider issues.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. The new version is published on this page and applies from publication unless stated otherwise.
